Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Infrastructure: Design and implement scalable AI architectures that support high-volume data processing and real-time generative capabilities.
- Lead Strategic Innovation: Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum ML, Neuromorphic Computing) and evaluate their applicability to our product roadmap for the 2026 cycle.
- Model Governance & Ethics: Establish frameworks for responsible AI, ensuring transparency, bias mitigation, and compliance with evolving global regulations.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- System Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of AI models into legacy systems and cloud ecosystems, optimizing for performance and cost-efficiency.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into strategic insights for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in designing large-scale AI/ML systems.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face. Experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker) is required.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading technical initiatives from concept to deployment in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical strategies to diverse audiences.
- Adaptability: Must be comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving innovation in uncharted territories.
