Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP platforms
- Lead cloud migration projects and optimize existing environments for performance/cost
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins
- Monitor system health using CloudWatch/GCP Monitoring and resolve critical incidents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews
- Stay current with cloud security best practices and compliance frameworks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering with AWS/GCP certification
- Expertise in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong programming skills (Python/Go/Java) and scripting proficiency
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- Proven track record of optimizing cloud costs and performance
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder updates
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience
