Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure/GCP platforms
- Lead architectural reviews and provide technical guidance to development teams
- Optimize cloud resource utilization and cost-efficiency strategies
- Develop automation solutions using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools
- Create technical documentation and architectural decision records
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions
- Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture with 3+ years in senior roles
- Expertise in at least two major cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps practices
- Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Professional or Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Experience designing high-availability systems with multi-region deployments
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong written communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder presentations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
