Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Inquiries: Provide exceptional support to customers via chat, email, and phone during the night shift.
- Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Maintain Documentation: Accurately log customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Adhere to SLAs: Meet strict service level agreements regarding response times and resolution.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handovers and issue resolution.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or technical assistance.
- Reliability: Must be available to work exclusively night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Equipment: Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home office environment.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Location: Must reside in Oakland, CA, or the surrounding Bay Area.
