Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that influence business decisions.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize complex data sets.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and set up data pipelines.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources.
- Prepare and present clear, concise reports and executive summaries to stakeholders.
- Monitor data quality and integrity to ensure reliable reporting.
- Stay updated on industry best practices in data analytics and visualization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages like Python or R.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Must be located in San Diego, CA or willing to relocate.
