Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data sets to ensure high-quality analytics.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive business strategy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and interpret analytical results.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Identify process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal data governance policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and macros.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into non-technical terms for diverse audiences.
