Responsibilities
- Perform Data Mining & Cleaning: Collect, clean, and validate data sets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Develop Dashboards: Create intuitive and interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- SQL & Reporting: Write complex SQL queries to extract data and generate weekly/monthly reports for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies within large datasets.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement by analyzing internal processes and recommending data-driven solutions.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to understand their data needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Visualization: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Tools: Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
