Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business growth.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to gather requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of all data sources through rigorous auditing and cleaning processes.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets efficiently.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences through clear reports, presentations, and executive summaries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar quantitative role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot data issues and implement effective data governance frameworks.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
