Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement high-quality, scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or similar).
- Code Optimization: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Database Management: Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases to ensure data integrity and high performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Testing & QA: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure robustness and reliability of the software.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, TypeScript, and RESTful APIs.
- Database: Strong experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or cloud-native data solutions.
- Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
