The Role:
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will lead the architecture and implementation of scalable web applications. You will bridge the gap between design and engineering, ensuring our products are not only functional but exceptional.
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement high-quality, scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to define and execute product requirements.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
- Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and technical debt.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a distributed team.
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
