Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable backend and frontend architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to define features and user experiences.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high quality standards.
- Optimize application performance and ensure responsive, accessible UI/UX.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and database management (PostgreSQL/MongoDB).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
