The Role:
In this position, you will own the technical direction of key product features, ensuring scalability and maintainability. You will work closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate complex requirements into elegant code.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, responsive, and user-friendly web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, engineering) to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex issues in production environments.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to write unit and integration tests.
