Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with a focus on best practices and security.
- Optimize application performance and ensure seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern front-end libraries (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Experience with backend technologies (Node.js, Express, or Python/Django).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, database management (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud services (AWS or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
