Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-scale web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, TypeScript).
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure quality standards.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.
- Deep expertise in React and Node.js (or similar modern stacks).
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and ORM tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a remote-first culture.
