As a Senior Engineer, you will not just write code; you will architect solutions, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products that redefine industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern technologies such as React, Node.js, and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices, design patterns, and coding standards.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze application performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to ensure high-speed, responsive user experiences.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentorship: Guide junior team members, conduct code reviews, and contribute to the technical roadmap and architectural decisions.
- Testing & Deployment: Implement automated testing strategies and CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable and continuous delivery of software features.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on the full software development lifecycle.
- Frontend Proficiency: Expert knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Backend Proficiency: Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or Java, and RESTful API design.
- Database Management: Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Remote Work: Proven ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively in a distributed team environment.
