Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 technology adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Produce executive-ready trend reports on exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical and market disruptions
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and acquire emerging startups
- Present strategic blueprints to Fortune 500 clients and government entities
- Manage a $50M innovation portfolio for moonshot projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Published thought leadership in exponential technologies (Harvard/MIT/IEEE)
- Expertise in scenario planning and system dynamics modeling
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Track record of scaling moonshot projects from concept to commercialization
- Deep understanding of policy implications for emerging tech regulations
