Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise-level cloud infrastructure, servers, and network systems during night shift hours
- Proactively identify and resolve complex technical issues before they impact business operations
- Execute scheduled maintenance, upgrades, and security patches during off-peak hours
- Collaborate with global teams via communication tools during critical incidents
- Document technical procedures and create detailed incident reports
- Implement advanced cybersecurity protocols for after-hours system protection
- Provide Tier-3 escalation support for complex system outages
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise IT infrastructure support with night shift experience
- Expertise in AWS/Azure, virtualization (VMware), and network administration
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, and Linux environments
- Certifications in CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or AWS Solutions Architect preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to work autonomously
- Experience with monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Nagios, or Datadog
