Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 Tier 3 technical support for enterprise-level systems during night shift hours
- Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions including AWS and Azure environments
- Lead incident response protocols for critical system outages and security breaches
- Develop automation scripts to streamline repetitive maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless system handovers between shifts
- Document complex technical procedures and create knowledge base articles

Qualifications
