Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3/4 remote technical support for complex enterprise systems including cloud platforms and network infrastructure
- Diagnose and resolve critical system outages with SLA-driven response times
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security patches and system upgrades
- Mentor junior support staff and conduct periodic training sessions
- Analyze support metrics to identify recurring issues and implement preventive solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of enterprise-level remote technical support experience
- Expertise in AWS/Azure, Windows Server, and enterprise networking
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, or Bash)
- Industry certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco)
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and customer communication skills
- Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira
