Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3/4 technical support for enterprise systems during night shift (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and cloud-based applications
- Respond to critical incidents with SLA-driven resolution procedures
- Document technical issues and resolutions using ITSM tools (ServiceNow)
- Collaborate with global teams during system upgrades and maintenance windows
- Conduct proactive system health checks and performance optimization
- Mentor junior support staff during shift overlaps
- Implement security protocols and compliance measures
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise IT support experience with night shift exposure
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Certifications: CompTIA Security+, ITIL v4, or equivalent
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network, hardware, and software issues
- Experience with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios, Datadog)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during off-hours
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
