Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain global IT infrastructure during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Respond to critical security incidents and system outages with rapid resolution protocols
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for enterprise systems including cloud platforms and network infrastructure
- Document all troubleshooting activities and create detailed incident reports
- Collaborate with international teams during handover procedures
- Conduct proactive system health checks and performance optimization
- Participate in cross-functional training and certification programs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT support or cybersecurity operations
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in AWS/Azure cloud environments and network troubleshooting
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical skills for complex problem-solving during off-peak hours
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for incident reporting
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends during critical incidents
