Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain critical IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud systems during night shift hours
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex system outages and security incidents
- Execute scheduled maintenance and system upgrades with zero-downtime protocols
- Document incident reports, resolution procedures, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global teams using ticketing systems and communication platforms
- Conduct proactive system health checks and performance optimization

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure support, with 2+ years in night shift roles
- Expertise in Windows Server, Linux, AWS/Azure, and network troubleshooting
