Responsibilities
- Lead design strategy and execution for web and mobile product features
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure design implementation fidelity
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and gather actionable feedback
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product design experience with SaaS platforms
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design systems and complex flows
- Experience with user research methodologies and data analysis
- Proven ability to collaborate with product managers and engineers
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Remote work experience with distributed teams
