Responsibilities
- Lead design sprints and translate complex business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions
- Create high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and interactive mockups using Figma
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies and data-driven design
- Experience with responsive web and mobile design principles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving through visual design
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
