Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Develop comprehensive design systems and component libraries to ensure brand consistency
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement pixel-perfect designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct user research sessions and synthesize insights to drive data-informed design decisions
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes for stakeholder presentations
- Mentor junior designers and conduct regular design critiques to elevate team output
- Analyze user behavior metrics to continuously optimize product experiences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional product design experience with SaaS or mobile applications
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and user-centered design
- Experience with user research methodologies including usability testing and persona development
- Knowledge of design systems and component-driven design principles
- Ability to collaborate effectively with remote cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and understanding of responsive design constraints
