Responsibilities
- Lead design strategy and execution for complex B2B SaaS products
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive design systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Mentor junior designers and establish design best practices
- Analyze user behavior data to drive continuous improvement
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years of UX/UI design experience with SaaS products
- Portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design projects
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Experience with user research methodologies
- Proven ability to collaborate with remote teams across time zones
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
