Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design lifecycle for key product initiatives, ensuring high-fidelity execution from wireframe to high-fidelity prototype.
- Conduct in-depth user research and usability testing to validate hypotheses and uncover actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product Management, Marketing) to translate complex requirements into elegant design solutions.
- Establish and evolve a scalable design system that ensures consistency across all touchpoints.
- Mentor junior designers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative creative environment.
- Advocate for the user at every stage of the product development process.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX Design, or Interaction Design.
- Extensive proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and utilizing data to inform design decisions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex design concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with front-end development languages (HTML/CSS/JS) is a significant plus.
