Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes for web/mobile products using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and create data-driven design artifacts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, Product, Marketing) to deliver cohesive solutions
- Develop design systems and maintain UI consistency across 15+ products
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and champion design best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product design experience with B2B SaaS portfolios
- Expertise in user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma (required), Adobe XD, Miro
- Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude)
- Proven track record of shipping successful digital products
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Portfolio showcasing complex problem-solving and system design
