Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategy in alignment with company goals.
- Conduct in-depth market research and user data analysis to drive product decisions.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality releases.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery using Agile/Scrum.
- Communicate complex product updates and roadmaps effectively to stakeholders and the wider team.
- Identify trends and opportunities for product improvement and expansion.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the SaaS or FinTech industry.
- Proven track record of managing remote teams and cross-functional collaborations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data metrics and user feedback.
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
- Experience with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) is a plus.
