Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using React and modern frontend technologies.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to deliver pixel-perfect, responsive user interfaces.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and code quality standards.
- Optimize application performance, accessibility, and SEO to drive user engagement.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and state management libraries (Redux, Context API).
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to build responsive, mobile-first web applications.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
