Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance frontend architectures using React and modern web standards.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Collaboration: Partner with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to translate requirements into pixel-perfect, responsive web applications.
- Performance: Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct technical training, and foster a culture of continuous learning within the team.
- Testing: Implement automated testing strategies (Unit, Integration, E2E) to guarantee application stability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on React.js.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Tools: Proficiency with state management libraries (Redux, MobX) and build tools (Webpack, Vite).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose innovative solutions.
