- Document moderation activities using standardized reporting tools and analytics dashboards
- Collaborate with product teams to improve user experience through moderation insights
- Train junior moderators on platform-specific protocols and best practices
- Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance community safety initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional chat/content moderation experience in high-volume environments
- Expertise in conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
- Proficiency with moderation tools (e.g., Discord, ModTools, Kudos) and analytics platforms
- Strong written communication skills with attention to cultural sensitivity
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in remote settings
