Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex hardware/software issues via remote channels
- Manage enterprise cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) security protocols and updates
- Lead cross-functional virtual teams for system implementations and migrations
- Develop automation scripts for recurring IT tasks using Python/PowerShell
- Conduct weekly security audits and compliance reporting for DC-based clients
- Mentor junior support staff through virtual training sessions
- Document technical procedures and knowledge base articles
Qualifications
- 5+ years of remote IT support experience with enterprise systems
- CompTIA Security+ and AWS Certified Solutions Architect certifications required
