Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve Tier 3 cloud infrastructure issues for 200+ enterprise clients
- Implement remote security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with global teams via our proprietary remote collaboration platform
- Document technical solutions in our knowledge base with clear SOPs
- Maintain 99.9% uptime SLAs through proactive monitoring and automation
- Train junior staff on remote troubleshooting methodologies
- Conduct quarterly infrastructure optimization reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years supporting Azure/AWS environments
- Certification in CompTIA Network+ or AWS Certified Solutions Architect
- Expertise in remote desktop protocols (RDP, SSH, VPN)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk)
- Strong written communication for technical documentation
- Self-motivated with proven remote work history
