Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex project lifecycles from initiation through closure in a fully remote environment.
- Define project scopes, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) across the US.
- Monitor project performance using Agile/Scrum methodologies and PM tools.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
- Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Train and mentor junior project managers and team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within a remote or distributed team setting.
- Professional certification (PMP, PgMP, or Agile Master) is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across time zones.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
