Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from wireframing and prototyping to high-fidelity UI design and handoff.
- Conduct user research, including usability testing and interviews, to gather insights and drive design decisions.
- Create and maintain a consistent design system (UI kits, style guides) to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and software engineers to ensure design feasibility and technical accuracy.
- Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders, advocating for the user experience.
- Maintain accessibility standards (WCAG) to ensure our products are usable by everyone.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably within a remote or distributed team environment.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design.
- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing time effectively without direct supervision.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
