We are currently expanding our remote team and seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to drive organic traffic and enhance our clients' digital presence. This is a full-time, remote-first position, though we encourage candidates located in Florida to join our quarterly in-person team building events.
The Role:
As a Senior SEO Specialist, you will lead technical audits, keyword research, and content strategy initiatives. You will work closely with our development team and content creators to ensure our clients rank #1 on Google while providing exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO audits to identify technical issues and optimization opportunities.
- Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and traffic volume.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover high-value search terms.
- Collaborate with web developers to implement technical SEO best practices, including site speed optimization and schema markup.
- Monitor search engine algorithms and update strategies accordingly to maintain compliance.
- Generate monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong portfolio demonstrating measurable results.
- Expert knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO analytics tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics for technical SEO implementation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for presenting technical concepts to non-technical teams.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
