Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable software applications using modern languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, and Engineering) to define feature requirements and technical architecture.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Perform code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Debug complex issues and optimize application performance for speed and efficiency.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least two major programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
