Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and resolution for complex hardware and software issues for remote clients.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Technical Support, Help Desk, or IT Customer Success.
  • Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM EST to 6:00 AM EST or similar).
  • Deep understanding of Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile operating systems.
  • Strong proficiency with remote access tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, RDP) and VPNs.
