Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Develop design systems and maintain UI component libraries for enterprise applications
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Conduct usability studies and translate insights into actionable design improvements
- Mentor junior designers and facilitate design critique sessions
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders with clear rationale
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with SaaS or government digital products
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in user research and interaction design
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or related field
- Excellent communication skills with remote collaboration experience
