Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into intuitive digital experiences
- Develop design systems and maintain UI component libraries for scalable solutions
- Conduct user interviews and create journey maps to identify pain points and opportunities
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers through design reviews and knowledge sharing
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging design technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex digital products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience working in fully remote or distributed teams
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Ability to self-manage projects with flexible work arrangements
