Responsibilities
- Lead user research, wireframing, and prototyping for enterprise-level applications
- Design intuitive UI/UX systems with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Establish design guidelines and maintain design system consistency
- Present design strategies to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with SaaS products
- Portfolio demonstrating complex B2B design solutions
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered designs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- BS/BA in Design, HCI, or related field
