Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex design systems and user research
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with user testing methodologies (A/B testing, surveys)
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
