Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design and prototyping.
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to validate design decisions.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system that ensures brand consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver features that delight users.
- Create compelling visual assets and presentations to communicate design concepts to the broader team.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster a collaborative design culture.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web projects.
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to non-designers.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
