Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes to final UI implementation.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to validate design decisions and improve user satisfaction.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to define product requirements and translate them into intuitive interfaces.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Advocate for accessibility (WCAG standards) and ensure our products are inclusive for all users.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of successful projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of information architecture, user-centered design principles, and interaction design.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to non-designers.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining clear communication channels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
