- Create engaging content calendars with 80+ posts/month including graphics, videos, and copy
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Sprout Social and Google Analytics
- Manage community engagement and respond to inquiries within 2 hours
- Collaborate with design team for visual assets and video production
- Track KPIs and monthly reports for leadership team
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and industry trends
Qualifications
- 3+ years of social media management experience with proven portfolio
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Expertise in social advertising (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads)
- Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and scheduling tools
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience in B2B or SaaS industries preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
