- Analyze performance metrics using Sprout Social and Google Analytics to optimize campaigns
- Manage community engagement including responding to comments and DMs within 2 hours
- Collaborate with design team on visual assets and product launches
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Report weekly on KPIs including reach, engagement rate, and conversion metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven social media management experience with B2B tech brands
- Expertise in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Advanced proficiency in analytics platforms (Sprout Social, Google Analytics)
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful campaign results
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
- BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience managing paid social media budgets ($10K+/month)
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for social platforms
