- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and HIPAA compliance standards
- Utilize specialized transcription software and digital tools
- Proofread and edit transcripts for grammar, punctuation, and accuracy
- Meet daily/weekly productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Communicate with team leads regarding complex terminology or unclear audio

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Exceptional typing speed (85+ WPM) with 98% accuracy
