- Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Assist in onboarding new weekend staff members when required.
Qualifications
- Must reside within the United States, with a preference for candidates in or near Charlotte, NC.
- Proven experience in customer support, IT operations, or technical troubleshooting.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Availability to work Saturday and Sunday (or specific weekend blocks) as required.
