Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat within SLA targets
- Troubleshoot technical issues using remote diagnostic tools Document cases accurately in CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex issues
- Identify trends in customer feedback for process improvement
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT >95%)
- Train new customers on platform features and best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years in customer support or technical support role
- Proficiency with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and patience
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
